Bank Robbery
Bank Robbery
Today the most unbelievable event occurred. As I was queuing in my local bank - HSBC - an enormous eruption of sound imploded into the room. I was horrified; a man with an expressionless face pulled a gun out of his slick, camouflage trousers. He viciously exclaimed for a path to the cash register. His leather boots cracked on the floor as he swaggered over to a person, cowering in fear...
His protruding voice rattled the windows, as he ordered the innocent man to hand over the keys to the main vault of money. The blonde haired assistant manager, shakily handed over the robber's prize. The robber turned to face me; I had cried out in a panic stricken tone. The robber intensely stared at me as he strode over the marble floor, to the vault...
Even though my legs felt like jelly, I still ventured over towards the semiconscious assistant. His pulse was fading slowly; not much different from mine. Suddenly, a loud bang was heard. It was the thief. He had planted a bomb in the now empty room. He attempted to exit the building through the main entrance, only to find someone in the way. His hands grasped the women's neck. He shook her vigorously. He through the dead body across the silent room like a bowling ball.
Luckily, after this petrifying experience, the murderer slyly opened the door. His body fell to the floor. The police had shot a tranquiliser dart at him. I was glad it was all over. I was lucky.
Peter and Jamie.
